LLEAF Farms® Honey Harvest No. 55

Raw Honey by Allison Waggoner

Limited Seasonal Harvest

From our hives to your table.

There is something extraordinary about honey when you know where it came from.

LLEAF Farms® Honey Harvest No. 55 comes from an apiary personally tended by Allison Waggoner, where the rhythm of the hives follows the rhythm of the seasons. As the garden changes, the bees travel from bloom to bloom, gathering nectar from flowers, herbs, trees and wild blossoms surrounding them.

The result is a beautiful raw honey with a character all its own—created by the bees, shaped by the season and harvested only when the hives are ready.

Why No. 55?

The name tells part of the remarkable story behind every jar.

Honey bees collectively travel an estimated 55,000 miles to produce just one pound of honey.

Thousands of flights. Millions of blossoms. An extraordinary amount of work from some of nature's smallest creatures.

Honey Harvest No. 55 is our celebration of them.

A Truly Limited Harvest

Nature decides how much honey each season provides.

We harvest only what our hives can comfortably share, which means every LLEAF Farms® Honey Harvest is naturally limited. When this season's jars are gone, we wait until the bees—and the next harvest—are ready.

No two harvests need to be exactly alike. Color, aroma and flavor can naturally change depending on the season and what was blooming while the bees were foraging.

That's part of what makes every jar special.

From the Hive to the Kitchen

Drizzle Honey Harvest No. 55 over warm biscuits or toast. Spoon it over yogurt, fruit or oatmeal. Pair it with cheese. Stir it into tea. Whisk it into vinaigrettes and marinades. Add it to your favorite recipes—or simply enjoy a spoonful straight from the jar.

Naturally Beautiful

Raw honey naturally changes over time and may crystallize. Crystallization is a normal characteristic of honey and does not mean it has spoiled. To return it to a more fluid consistency, simply place the closed jar in warm water and allow it to gently warm.
